It is first stated as follows:
. Minutes - Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting and Constituent Assembly, the Rules of Procedure, Contracts Management and all other documents prepared by the three (03) remain valid signatory institutions under the so-called partnership agreement;
. Nothing in this so-called partnership agreement can not go against the provisions of the Act and its implementing decree.
These are recalled, he was arrested and agreed as follows: ARTICLE I
:
PURPOSE The purpose of this Convention between the three (03) signatory institutions is to define a comprehensive framework for technical collaboration, organizational and financial help and improve the system of training, learning and development in the craft sector.
The implementation of the said Convention is structured around the following points:
. Identification and selection of the needs and interests of stakeholders;
. Training of beneficiaries and strengthening institutional capacity;
. Mobilization of financial resources to start income generating activities;
. Mounting technical projects and / or programs;
. Provision of modern mechanical equipment;
. Technical support from our members.
ARTICLE 2: OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO
Three (03) institutions signatories commit to:
. Provide necessary technical support for the development of each micro-enterprise created under this said Convention;
. Make available to members identified the necessary equipment and products, in the manner adopted by mutual agreement between all parties concerned;
. Bear the costs of commissioning and communication
. Ensure a mutual and cooperative service to all levels of the said Convention;
. Provide training for members through coaching and administration.
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION
conditions and procedures at the three (03) signatory institutions will be observed for the development of financial and technical capabilities through the implementation of projects and / or programs that said Convention.
ARTICLE 4: SPECIAL PROVISIONS
No specific funding can be provided so far to implement the measures agreed between the three (03) partner institutions. Each institution and the persons concerned shall bear the expenses related to actions in its own structure.
However, given the value for the said Convention (03) three partner institutions, some aspects of the operation will be covered: fees of experts or consultants, lodging, local travel, etc.. Furthermore, the said Convention undertakes to provide the necessary framework to locally managing the work placement or institutional capacity building in remote link with the needs and strategic interests identified.
Any amendment to this Agreement will be subject of a written agreement signed by the parties concerned.
ARTICLE 5: DURATION OF THE CONVENTION
This agreement takes effect from the date of signature by the three (03) parties.
However, each party is free to terminate its commitment if it finds a failure of the other party to fulfill these obligations.
The said Convention will be an assessment of its application after a period of four (04) years after its signature, or prematurely, at the request of one of the partner institutions.
The said Convention will then be updated and amended and extended for a further period of four (04) years. It may be terminated by either signatory partner institutions, with a notice period of three months.
ARTICLE 6: DISPUTES Any dispute
that will emerge in the implementation of this Convention shall be called a settlement.
In case of disagreement Overall, the litigation will be brought before the courts.
