APS Algiers - The consortium formed by the French company Alstom and the Egyptian group Orascom was the only bidder that submitted a bid for the construction of commercial power plants and Koudiet Edraouch Terga d a total capacity of 1200 MW each at the end of a public opening of financial bids for these projects.
